  1. Rule #1 - We don’t onboard a new client until all current clients are on ā€œauto-pilotā€ with incredible results so that we can 100% focus on 1 client ramp-up at a time

  2. So, after the Strategy call is finished and we are 100% confident we can guarantee the results we do… then the first thing to do is to get your Wire details for the future performance invoice after everything is done and working smoothly.

  3. Once that is done… we will send you the Agreement (already signed on our end)

    2. There is no rush or deadline… read it comfortably… But until that is not signed and we agree on the terms, we cannot start implementing the BlackHole system
    3. For questions or anything… we would chat through WhatsApp at this stage
  4. After it is signed, we create the Slack channel #client-ops to communicate between teams effectively and book the ā€œKick-offā€ onboarding call to present each other

    1. Give Client access to Private Vault → ‣
    2. Start having multiple meetings, text/audio/video messages & slack huddles back and forth about the best path toward fixing the current problems to scale
    3. Repeat this process until it is solved… and then leverage the vault’s content with personalized feedback to come up with actionable tasks to execute by Client
  5. Once that is done… it is essential that the Client also starts learning how to use all the ‣ šŸ› ļøĀ tools by watching the in-depth 100% run downs

    1. Then… we duplicate & integrate The Lean Workspace - iDealOps into their company so they start creating SOPs and systemize ****the learning → execution
  6. Now, with the path in place… we start implementing the 🧠 BlackHole System to be finished within a week… AFTER we have full admin access to the following resources that need to be properly configured, connected, and in the right monthly paid plan.

    We are Official Partners of most of our Stack software… it is what we currently use, what works, and we have 24/7 direct access to contact them if any issues… Yes, we are affiliated with some… but feel free to use any software or link to sign up…

    Essentials MUST have

    1. Access to ANY asset, system, files, SOPs, software, automation, workflows, templates, or information needed to understand the current system of the Client

      1. This could include SOP pages, Dashboards, Vimeo/Loom videos, Make, Social Media, AD accounts, Typeform, Monday, Asana, Trello, etc
    2. To keep all these logins private & safe it’s important that you start using now an encrypted password manager… we strongly recommend šŸ”—Ā 1Password

      1. (just in case you don’t have it… create company emails for your team members with your domain inside the šŸ”—Ā Google Workspace ecosystem)
      2. (create company šŸ”—Ā Zoom accounts with auto recording saved in the cloud ON for all of your reps & use šŸ”—Ā Fathom AI for better call reviews/transcripts)
    3. Admin login of your payment processor or tool and accounting software

      1. It could include, if necessary: šŸ”—Ā Stripe, šŸ”—Ā Simple Invoices, Quickbooks, etc
      2. To manage automatic invoicing & expenses, we recommend šŸ”—Ā Invoice Ninja
    4. Admin login of your funnel/website/video host (Clickfunnels, šŸ”— GoHighLevel, …)
