First, create your brand new account in 🔗 Notion (partner link)

• … and when you start having a lot of things/SOPs created with everything about your company, use the AI tools & search tab to navigate it as a knowledge base

Must HAVEs needed for this to work properly

To create forms for hiring, reports, etc & sync auto to Notion… you also need 🔗 Fillout

To create SOPs & collaborative diagrams, we use 🔗 Miro all the time and you should too

• Also, a must-have is the popular 🔗 Loom but also 🔗 Scribe (which I think is better)

And to organize & streamline all your tasks, we love to use 🔗 Todoist - it’s a no-brainer

Then for organizing & scheduling all social media posts, we use 🔗 Later and you need it

• To quickly create reels from your content & re-distribute them, use 🔗 Opus Clip
• (optional to have - secure your browsing & privacy with 🔗 NordVPN)
